Exact shipping means that you(winner) will pay all of shipping cost. You may see some auctions where it has an amount, and you will pay the amount that it says. To find out about shipping cost always comment on the auction your interested in. Ask how much shipping will be to your zip code and tell them to add delivery confirmation(the safest thing saying your paying for shipping on the item you won, this lets you and seller track your package and to make sure the seller actually shipped your item.) Make sure you ALWAYS read the whole auction very CAREFULLY.
