this has been used once ,this take 3 AA batteries, and one side you put the sollution in that is inclued, and the other side you do the rince of the jewelry with watter. I have used this once, and I am putting this up for bid because I dont need this anymore.

where do you get the cleanning solution?

may be the jewery stores can tell you where to get the solution, or you could do a google search on the name of the solution, and see if you can find this on the internet
