The listing, Antique Buckles has ended.
Both metal detecting finds in Montana. This property was homesteaded. I cleaned these with dish soap and a gentle toothbrush 'scrub'.The largest looks like copper. The smallest is heavy. Probably brass. I am not positive on either. The small one is stamped WATERBURY BUCKLE CO. The only place I can find a photo of this makers mark is ebay, and it was part of a LSA (Lone Scouts of America)buckle that went for about $1200. I hope this is half. Lol. I'm no expert, so please form your own opinion from the photos. I'm guessing here but the WATERBURY is probably early 1900's. Some of these are worth serious $. If you need parts, here you go. No mark on the biggest. As always FAST, FREE, SHIPPING! Thanks for looking, and if you choose to bid, Good Luck! **Half dollar is for size reference only and not included in this auction**
