Card is not numbered, front side of the coin depicts a picture of Favre, his name & position. Obverse depicts a shield with 1995 MVP in the center, NFL football inscribed on both sides and "No.4" under the shield. HIGH BOOK VALUE, EXTREMELY RARE AND HARD TO FIND.
