Vintage NYC H:RRR 1333 Token? - New York City - NY Unknown?

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this round token? with the lettering "NYC HRRR (may stand for New York Central Hudson River RailRoad) on one side and the numbers 1333 on the other. This appears to be a metal detector find. It weighs 8 grams appears to be made of lead. It measures approx 3/4 of an inch in diameter. This may have been emblem which was attached to something else at one time. I used a nickel (not included) for size comparison. Please check the images and thanks for looking!
