it supports the arches in your feet put it where the are in the middle inside of your foot. look up arches on good images and you will understand.

if your arches collapse even slightly they need support and it will be easier to run for you with them.

Remove the insole from your trainer and you will see theres a place under all marked out by Nike where you stick them with the little bit of tape they send you.

Ideal for flat feet, tired and aching feet

How to use:

Peel off the protective film
stick it in your shoes around arch area

Note:Color may vary slightly due to the color calibration of each in dividual monitor.

In RED but it goes UNDER your inside inner sole so the color is not noticed and works well on your arches.
