I have got a quote between $15 and $20 because of the weight. that quote was through USPS.

The USPS web site showed me $11.35 and $0.75 for delivery conformation.

If you update and let people know that you are offering possibe free ship you will get a lot more bids. The P.O. must ahve quoted you a wrong shipping charge. 7X 4z would be less than 2lbs. It couldn't cost that much to ship. Especailly within your own state.
