My brother works as an mac "genius" and he took one look at this and said it was definately not an apple iPod of any kind. They haven't ever made an iPod that has hp on the back, and if they did, it would still have the trademark "apple" picture on it. The click wheel doesn't use the same symbols either, so I guess buyer beware, but he could be wrong.

Can you show the USB charger plugged into it and plugged into the computer? Or show the slot where the USB charger plus into this device? Apple has only used two different types of USB chargers, the only one that is different is the one made for the iPod shuffle. That would clear up all doubt if you could show that. I would bid over 1,000 on it then. Thanks
