woah, this take me back! this is almost the exact same m3 player i had like 5 years ago!

I have this same exact mp3 player, and it does have a built in FM radio. You can use any mini usb cable for it, don't even need the battery in it to mange music. It's a simple drag and drop process, and if anyone is wondering it takes a AAA battery.
I used a rechargeable AAA battery for mine.
