This is a "Mystery Phone" auction. I am auctioning phones that are better termed as "Obama", or "State" phones. These phones are great if you need to call 911. You can also add minutes to them, or probly get a very low budget contract put on them. They will also work with your standard charger as well.

If you need to, the winner can automatically put in a request to be refunded their credits. i am not sure how this auction is going to work out. if i have pay pal set up or not. if you change your mind, or want out, put in a request.
