Emerson Switchboard. This hooks to your computer and allows you to take phone calls while online if you have a dial-up modem. Model number MSS-100. Complies with 47 CFR Part 68 requirements. Registration number on unit. Plug-in holes include PWR 9-12V DC, FAX, Phone, Modem, and Wall Jack. Uses a 9V battery, which can be switched on or off.

I used to have one of these years ago. They work wonderfully, just cant imagine to many people use dial up anymore

Honestly I just want that 9.V cord that comes with it, I don't really care about the switchboard too much.
