Sorry, I would love to offer free shipping, but just can't afford it right now.
I've got the shipping set at the lowest price USPS had for this small item to be shipped safely.
May be if the bids get high enough I'll consider covering 1/2 the shipping cost.

That's a very good question, we wondered the same thing but never looked into any
information. So, I just did! :0) Doing a web search I came up with the following..
This type of "Ingersoll Yankee Radiolite Pocket Watch was produced in 1923, it did come with three movements (hands, the hr,min & second hands. The funny thing is; on this certain watch it appears that it has never been cracked open to remove the hand if it did fall off,and there is no hand floating around on the inside either? So we pulled the back off to see if perhaps all you needed to do was pop out the inside if needed to be. The inside is held down with 7-small screws, something I wouldn't want to mess with unless I knew what I was doing. So you would figure that if it did have a hour hand fall off and someone removed it, it would stand to reason that if its accessible why not replace the hand? Right?) So, to answer the question at hand (no pun-intended) I would say yes there should be a hour hand. And, yes its missing. LOL..

Thanks for the question, it was fun finding out a little bit more information on the watch.

I used to know a man that made clocks by hand from wood, he went and cut the tree-branch or what ever. He did everything from the tree to the finish work.
, he told me that he made clocks with a hand missing. It was done deliberately. Now I can't remember if he said, hour hand or minute hand. He w asn't the only one who did this, it was customary. So, maybe the watch is supposed to have a missing hand.
