My hubby bought this for me last year. (for my birthday)
My 13 year old's ds went out on her and I never saw mine again!! lol (she's been in trouble for a smart mouth attitude and Mama don't play that!!)

I have 4 children of my own in close age and they always get in trouble & I have to take things away, but I only put it away for about 1-2 days until they r good again. I can't imagine spending money on an item then having my kids act up then give it away, LOL. I have fanned u, Hope u fan back :)

This was mine. my hubby bought it for me. I don't use it much. She kept it. So no problems in giving it away. However I don't care if it cost $1,000.00 If my kiddo didn't appreciate it and or act as if they deserve the world and moon above Heck ya I'd rather see someone else with it.

You go Momma! This new generation of kids think they have entitlement to all they want and have. My kids are all grown now, but talking back always meant serious consequences. I am so refreshed to see a parent actually teaching their children the way they should go, and that there is consquences in life for bad choices. You child will see her actions and think twice. Life happens eh?

not to make you feel bad but mine is 27 and i still ground her from the car and wide scream TV. my husband also bought them for me and then we found he had a 2 and 1/2 brain tumor and 17 weeks to live. he died April 20 2009 and no way is she going to take over what he gave me. i am tring for this for me.

God bless you and I'm sorry to hear of your husbands passing. I have more things on my mind then worring about her playing with my toy. :) Life is way to short. I was blessed with four kids. (2 girls and 2 boys) Our 2nd child (Boy) passed at 22 days 13 years ago and our 3rd child (our last boy) passed away in dec 2011. (11 years old, car accident) Life is Wayyyy to precious and short to worry over mess. So ya I'll take things away and stand my ground. I want them to feel loved and special but not run over us and be bad. God bless

in the second picture, it looks like the bottom screen is scratched or marred. is that just a reflection, or is it scratched? nice auction, and good parenting! mine lose the Priveledge of watching The Voice and American Idol! we DVR it, and watch 1 hour each night before bed. Even my 5 year old knows all the contestants and judges, and seceding it as a family. if one of the kids Is naughty, they have to go to their room while the rest of us watch the show from the night before. ........... and did you know that smoke detectors are Santa Cams? It's true, and there are Samta Cams in restaurants, stores, other peoples homes,, Amy place they might wanna be naughty! Keeps the little ones in check! Ah hahsha

God bless you also. my other child is 32 yo boy that his father stole him from me from 6 yo to 18 yo. as soon as he turned 18 he left home and came and found me. a lot of folks tell me life is like something off TV. but i just stand tall and keep going with God a head of me.
