Questions & Comments
Does the big one have a chunk out of her head? The pictures are pretty blurry so it's hard to tell.
I know a Kewpie doll anywhere I see one. I am an honest, and honorable lady! It could be a Kewpie look-alike. However, back in those days it was very difficult to copy or imitate something like that. I can't bid, but I'll stick to what I said: these appear to be antique Kewpie dolls. I hope one and all are having a great day. =D -EJ
Im sorry I didnt mean to say you were dishonest about what these dolls are, ej_the_dj . They have some of the same charactoristics as Kewpies, the side glancing eyes the short molded hair. I just knew they where not Kewpies. They are carnival dolls they were made in Japan because they were the cheep stuff back then, and given as prizes at carnivals and faires.
