Arm to arm pit is 16.5. but if u look at the picture the neckline between the black on each side has a section of the crunchy look and stretches.. ANd when I say stretch it has alot of give. .I can take pic and stretch it some so u can see. if u like , let me know.

Personally I think it would. the bottom stretches too. R u top heavy Im 36C and have plenty room,? It looks too big on me

Noo Im a 38C but i have a small roll around my belly and I can wear a med. but the larges kinda hid that. But I really love this since it stretches a little. I'm bidding! F&W
