This beautiful jewelry set showcases a journey heart pendant with a pair of matching earrings.

The pendant features three graduating london blue topaz hearts and a single genuine diamond nestled within the design.

The stud earrings feature 4mm round london blue topaz stones set into snap-in settings.

The pendant dangles from an 18-inch rolo chain and the earrings are secured by post with friction backs.

The entire set is crafted of sterling silver. Total gem weight: 2.25ct, total diamond weight: .01ct.
