Second Item...Avon eye makeup remover NEVER USED
Third Item...Reb'l Fleur by Rihanna body lotion 3fl. Oz. NEVER USED

No It is not new. I got it a while back and I can't remember the exact date but I only used it once and then forgot about it to tell the truth! lol. I have cleaned it out and it has been sterlized. the brush has also been sterilzed as well.
