These are pretty! I just wanted anyone who reads this,esp.sellers-and this seller too,that I went to my paypal account,and as of yesterday,all accounts have a fee attaches--even personal now.On a 2.00 personal transfer/transaction,they leave you with 1.64 .Sorry to put it here,but I just feel the need to let anyone know this new change.According to paypals site it states "that all accounts-personal,business,and any other account now have the same fees.Personal is no longer free"
