batteries are cheep online I have found them brand new for under 5.00. This is the link to a replacement new battery for this cell phone. It is only 3.14 with free shipping. Can you tell me if the phone is unlocked. You can call AT&T and the will walk you through the unlock if the phone is clear. They did that with a phone I got on Listia and never charged me.
