Hi, I have a granddaughter who is 8. She wears a size women's 5 shoe. From everything that I have researched, a boys 4 is equivalent to a girls size 5. Does this sound about right to you? we really like & NEED these shoes!!

To be honest with you, I am a guy and don't know much about womens sizes. I would not want to mislead you in any way. My wife says she doesn't know either. I'm sorry wished I could be of more help.
