Here today, we have another one of my unusual FINDS from the plant world. This is one of the most unusual ones I have ever seen--I had NOOO idea this plant even existed. It is a sansevieria (Mother-in-Law's Tougne or Snake Plant) variety. HOWEVER---the leaves are perfectly round!!! I got this one because it had 3 babies, and I knew I could share a BABY here on Listia. This variety likes to be on the DRY side--taking little water, and does not mind low-light conditions. It takes fertilizer only once every few months.
This auction is for O*N*E of the babies shown in Photo #2. (MOTHER PLANT N*O*T INCLUDED IN AUCTION!) The BABY I am auctioning is between 4-6" tall. Baby will be shipped with roots wrapped in a damp paper towel, and that in plastic to preserve the moisture for the trip. Upon arrival, please be sure to have your pot and fresh potting soil ready to put it in it's new home. Put baby directly into soil and water lightly. I DO recommend placing in bright window or bright spot in your home for a short time to allow roots to establish themselves, and the plant to start growing!! (DO N*O*T PLACE IN DIRECT SUN!!) This IS a HOUSEPLANT!!
