its really easy! the wax comes in a metal container that you warm up on your stove on low heat in a pan, then apply the wax using the spatula provided, and just before the wax completely hardens you peel the wax away from the skin. there is a conditioning oil provided to apply to the area waxed. 120g of wax, 3 spatulas, and 8ml of oil comes in the kit along with the super simple instructions.

if there are no strips included, how do you remove the wax and hair?

After you apply the wax, you let it begin to harden and then you just peel the wax off that you have applied. No strips and super easy!
