I have no way to tell right now but I don't think she is more the 10/12 lbs. She is small. she is scad to be weighed but I can't believe she is much more then your dog. I will get back to you when I can get help to weigh her.

I really don't know...the dog in my pic is the dog that used them. She doesn't like the rain coat. The gray one with the collar was a little bit too big for her. The others fit her fine
