Shirt : Bip Tee size small Very cute. This outfit is in excellent condition. Not faded, ripped, stained or a worn look.
I bought these items for my 11 year old daughter she wore once and outgrew them as she is over 5'1 tall and only 11 years old hence she is pretty tall :)

I don't have a measuring tape but it's for a slender little girl around 10 or 11. it was my daughters. hope that helps :)

I really don't know how to do that and those measurements are not even in department stores on their tags i'll try and figure it out for you:)
