Skin Healing ~Plantain 100+ seeds, fresh from my organic garden, carefully packaged in Handmade Seed Envelope!
(Plantago majora) ~Plantain seeds contain psillium (metamucill) and its large "dinosaur skin" leaves contain aloetonin making them excellent for skin poltace bandage. I leave a few Plantain growing in the garden every year for first aid use and it self sews in lawn areas.
