Size 20W PETITE casual pants-waist is stretch. The PETITE doesn't make any difference in the size 20W except that the pants will not drag the ground. The pant legs are flare-style which I don't like so they have only been worn twice. They are in Excellent condition; no rips, stains, etc. Side pockets. They are Chic brand. Wash and wear. I ship with tracking number. From Non-smoking home.

Could I please ask the waist measurement in inches unstretched? I want to make sure it will fit me...

It doesn't say on the inside tag; I don't have a sewing meauring tape but I tried my best with a regular meauring tape and it seems to be about a 40'' waist unstretched. However, I could be a little off and the whole waist is stretch so of course it stretches to more than 40 inches. I hope this helps; your question is an excellent one and shows you're serious about the items you bid (or don't bid) on!

It says on the inside label: Made in Nicaragua of US Fabric. I kid you not, it really does say that and it doesn't say what kind of US fabric! However, they are Chic brand and they are almost has heavy as jeans fabric but not quite that heavy. I am almost sure I bought them at KMart.
