Questions & Comments
even though some of these stamps are cancelled they are still valuable. Are you sure you want to post them? Three there are in the hundreds...I've seen in catalogs. Are you serious? 1892 -prob make some money selling
I think(i.e. hope)that none of the stamps are a scarce type. The banknotes are not grilled.Cat.value should be about $35.00 for the group.I could be wrong.,but I can't pull them now.Thank you for your input, though.I have also fanned you.
I don't think there were any stamps in the 18th century - they did not start issuing stamps until the mid-19th century -- US stamps are not usually very valuable because they are many of them around -however there may be some valuable ones here but without a catalog is hard to say.
Until you pointed it out I never noticed I had put 18th century.Very sorry folks!!Late 19th century is indeed correct. My brain was thinking 1800's and got 18th century in instead.Thank you for showing me this,Yini.Definitely a rookie mistake;I'm still learning the ropes.
