Ok so i measured it laying flat on the bed so roughly it is16 1/2 inches across bust area, 22 1/2 inches long and about 20 inches across the midsection and also it is elastic under the breast so it does allow a little bit of stretching...hope this helped =)

I would say its true to its size... I wear a D cup so it's a bit to tight on the top, when I get home I will measure the bust and length laying flat
