Can be used for scrapbooking, cardmaking, or as gift decorations / gift tags. The last photo is just to show you one of the ways I used these flowers - I added some beads in the center to pretty up a jar that I use to store my crafting supplies. :)

Hehe yes, I think it is a combination of paper and other materials to make them stronger. Sorry I can't tell you for sure. I bought them in bulk, but to save space, I divided them into smaller clear jars and threw away the original packaging. Thanks for looking! :)
