These are nice clown figures. They run from about 2-1/2" to 3" thogh the metal one is a bit shorter. The set of three are marked 'Hong Kong' which should date them pre-1999. The metal clown is not marked as to origin. They all have very good detail.

The set of three have some black on them. I think it is black paint. It will come off, but slowly. Frankly, if I had some Testors paint, I would just paint them clown colors. The metal guy used to hold something. His hand is curled around something that isn't there any more. One of those little drink umbrellas would fit there very well I'd think.
