Yes it is like new... we watched the DVD and tried out a few tricks but it has sat in the box for a good 3 months if not longer. There are 2 cards that were used in a trick that I posted pics of but that is the only thing wrong with it.

The secret floating device should be in the box... This was my husband's so I'm not sure what I am looking at, but as I said before it is not missing pieces.
