I would say it is unused. The DVD's are still in their packaging sleeves.

Once bidding has started listia will not allow GIN to be added. Fanned, bidding, and watching.

If you have seen the DVDs then the seal has been broken on the box, the DVDs sleeves are not sealed packages but it shouldn't matter as long as they are good and all the guides and material are there and unused.

Yep. I had the guy I traded with have the box open so that I could make sure that everything was there. Some scammers on CL will give you a sealed box with junk in it, like a small 2 lb. weight and you don't realize it until you get home and open the box, or sell it, and the person who opens the box tells you. So I always check everything out as best I can. These all look pristine. The plastic is still in the DVD sleeves and the books and stuff appear unopened.

Do you know if it's authentic or not? The only reason I ask is b/c one of my girlfriends got one off ebay before and it was supposed to be from beachbody (p90x) but when she got to the last 3 cds they wouldn't work.. she called the company and they explained they were counterfeit. It's still a great deal though! I just want to make sure before I bid that it's real and they all work.
