uncirculated refers to a business strike coin. proof is a process in which coins are made.
Proof coins are expected to be in PR-60 condition at least. So saying proof uncirculated is redundant and confusing.
I know it is nit picky , but hopefully it will clear things up.

My sister was born in 92... unfortunately I got her a couple of gifts recently and haven't given my other sister anything lately... I might be really asking for it if I did this. haha. You don't have 1989 do you?

"uncirculated refers to a business strike coin." NOPE! Any coin can be uncirculated! A business strike coin is made for circulation, ie.. pocket change.

"proof is a process in which coins are made" He is right about this part, they are made specifically for collectors, however, I have def. seen circulated proof coins.

"Proof coins are expected to be in PR-60 condition at least." People typically assume this, but in order to be in PR-60 condition, they must be uncirculated, so the uncirculated info is important.

Mint state refers to business strike, whereas proof refers to the specific process. Saying proof uncirculated def. provides info for the buyer because a set could be proof and circulated.

Anyway... Very nice auction. I will be watching and bidding! Thanks for listing this.
