This dress is a gorgeous junior's size small Delia's blue/purple. It literally looks like it should be hanging up in their window in the mall. No flaws whatsoever. Looks brand new. I went to Delia's last month and saw a dress like it going for $40.
I won it about a week ago off of here- just go it yesterday and it was too loose around the chest/armpit area. It is a true small...I'd say size 3-6. It was fine in the waist- because it is cinched and elastic in the back (see pic)- about 12 in across but stretchy and comfy. Armpit to armpit 14-15"- so would fit perfectly someone a true small or tending towards medium (or just a bigger chest?? Lol).
