Comes as is. No charger, sorry but it still works! I had it on with my Loft. then got a new phone! No instruction manual. It is too simple for one. Just charge it, sync it, and away you go!

it just takes a little motorola (like) charger i had one for it. paid 2 dollars for the charger at the good will!

Can u listen to music on your phone or just phone calls with blue tooth?

that i dont know, i never had an mp3 or zune (like) app on the phone i used it with. but i would say that most likely you can because when i received a phone call it would ring through the ear piece aka the ringtone would sound in my ear and from the speaker of the phone. hope that helps
