I am doing a count and weight on the stones now.. I think there are 12 very small garnets. they are the ones in the center on the paper. There are 2 each of the AMETHYST and AQUAMARINE. If bidding goes high enough I have some extra to add ...

But what do you do if you have a larger stone that is too big for the scale? Try this:
Use a postage scale, or any scale that weighs in ounces. One ounce equals 28.4 grams. Weigh the stone, convert ounces to grams, then multiply the grams by 5 to get the estimated carat weight.
