Worn Twice.
Winner MUST have their address confirmed in the Listia address Shipping Address section In " Account settings". If you do NOT have this done then I REFUSE to ship under Listia's own rules and I WILL NOT return your credits. Sorry but this is a MUST .PLEASE DO NOT ask me to do other wise. If the winner DOES NOT send the info and it being a Listia approved address I most certainly can keep the credits. Which is how the statement reads if you read it correctly .

Because some people cant read and do not know how to follow rules and believe all Listia rules are set for everyone but them ,:Yes "I can keep the credits" ....
