This auction is for 4 Mercury Dimes, various Mints as pictured. One each of:
1923
1939
1941
1944

I only take PayPal for shipping, it helps me to have that link to easily ship with your return address, as I also sell on the internet and this saves me a ton of time! I only charge exact shipping for your shipment. It will be $1.73. I send it in a bubble wrapped envelope with tracking to insure delivery. I also understand and have received mixed reviews on charging for shipping, it is a nominal charge for a free item yet if you want to bid and don't want to pay feel free to pay me any amount up to the shipping charge. Yes, I'm sure if there is no charge it would be no problem. As I mentioned in the listing it was more for the ease of shipping for me. I can just ship it free if that;'s a challenge for you.
