rare find! a 1994 uncirculated cent and an uncirculated planchett!! for those of you who dont know the planchett is the "slug" of the coin before it enters the dye. In other words its a blank penny!!!
this coin never made it through the dye and is blank. what makes this set truley remarkable is that the coins are completly 100% uncirculated!!!!!!! they have been handled once with gloves to be sealed in this plastic sleave that is all! GOOD LUCK
