You don't have to do anything for it to be good (like buy something first) but it does have exclusions of hair care and accessories. So it's just styling tools and dryers or hair extensions. I would love to see this get used, because I am not going to use it!!! They have lots of great stuff on their website, and you can get a tool for cheap!!!
