These are all white- and yes these will last. Rhizomes are amazing because they are tubers meaning the retain h20 and can switch on after being in drought like conditions. My suggestion. Store in a dark dry place in a cardboard box or something. Soak these in water for a day. Then plant them when ever. (I've found cuttings and planted them a year after and had success. )
