Case is included correct? Have to ask, sometimes people do not ship them to save on shipping charges. Also do you ship with shipping confirmation as well? I much prefer it as sometimes items have been known not to have been received and I truly hate to ask for credits back when shipping confirmation confirms delivery of items both for us.
