I'm sorry you are having such a hard time having this removed. I recently won the same one from a new listia member for 3000 or so credits which was a total steal. I think it's being shipped tomorrow. I will certainly bid on your new one because I need a travel flat iron. I feel for you! Problem is people don't always read the comments or description and it creates a hassle! Everyone makes mistakes and I hope this works out for you.

I want to bid also but she has stated not to several times. I don't think it has anything to do with the low bids since ppl usually bid high in the last few minutes! I will not bid even though I want to and if they don't close it for you just dont send it out and let the winner know! They can file dispute withing 24 hours or so. I am having to do that now! PPL try listening instead of running at the mouth! She warned and told several times!

Listia won't delete the auction unless a good reason is given too many people were asking their auctions be deleted because they werent getting the credits they wanted so listia is being tougher on the deletion tickets. it is correct that you can't change shipping once it stated as free though you seem to have been here long enough to know the rules it's easy to click the wrong one and something like this may be bid on too quickly to change once it was noticed. good luck in having this fixed I would have bid!
