You DO NOT have to remove the candy, as this is considered collectible by Listia, and opening the package to remove the candy would destroy any collectible value that it has. I would, however, edit the description to remove references to the candy, that way you're not actually listing this as an edible item. Good luck and I am, as a PezHead, watching! This will look great in my ever-growing collection... ;-)
