Helichrysum italicum is a native to South Africa. It's a perennial herb with silvery leaves and sunny yellow blooms that resemble those of lavender. It is more commonly known as curry plant. It is not, however, the source of curry spice even though the leaves have a curry smell. Helichrysum requires little care and is often used in sunny rock gardens

This comes in a variety of colors and I will be sending mixed colors. The seeds are very small so please don't ask me to count them.

You can use small amounts of the leaves to flavor meats or potatoes.

Helichrysum makes a wonderful essential oil too. It has various medicinal properties. It known to have anti-inflammatory, anti-bruising and anti-bacterial medicinal applications. The plant's essential oil additionally benefits the skin as a moisturizer and tissue regenerator. When an infusion tea from the leaves is consumed, it can relieve heartburn and stomach ailments.
