What is the smallest this will fit? I keep getting watches and the bands a re so long I have to go and get the links taken out. I don't have the money for that or a way to get to a jeweler since I don't drive.

OK that's too long. Let me think about it. I do like it but like I said, getting to a jeweler to have links taken out is a problem for me. I'll have to see if I can get there somehow.
