do you have the restore disk that came with it? will need to restore it to get by your lost password. i would anyway someone else may be able to do it differently. beside that would get rid of any of your personal information that might be on it. F & W

no, I did not answer any security question while setting up the password. I have not used this computer for like a year and plus I have a really bad memory and I forgot to write the password down, so that was a huge mistake. I do not know if there is any way that tech professionals are able to solve this problem. Since i have a new laptop for my little brother now, I am just trying to get rid of this one.
