It was used once and has been sitting under the tv stand ever since collecting dust....so it is like new......

Just in case whitneyg3210 the buyer that bid on this item asking for her credits back, she did not loose them because someone has already out bid her. You don't loose if you are not in the lead to win you keep your credits.

Been wanting one of these... Tried unsucessfully several times to order on off amazon, which cancelled my order 3 times... Frustrating. I doubt if I have enough credits to win this, but i'll certainly give it a go.. Thanks for a great item.
