You are looking at a jar that has a metal handle with the base marked as this: K
1877
11

I also see 4 stars embossed around the shoulder of the jar. There is also a rust colored removable sealant on the mouth of the bottle. I do not have the lid.

There are a couple of confetti type marbles, couple of transparent ones, many solids with tricolors while others have two colors.

I only ship within the United States.

Is there a lid on the jar?

This is a glass bail canning jar. Does it have any words on it such as Atlas, Mason, etc. The lid would be glass as well. A lot of them have rust on them from the bailing that comes from the canning process. After the water bath or pressure canning they sit and air dry and they eventually all had rust on them. I have many of them. The replacement glass lids can be found in thrift stores and yard sales if anyone wants to replace it. These are becoming hard to find as people are collecting them (hoarding them), and many are broken over time. They can sell for an avg of $10. each in this area. With the lid the price jumps to $18.00. That is 'without' the marbles :-) I hope the bidding goes very high for you !
