I consider size 18 or larger plus sized that said mccall's 3680 is size 14-20 so yes mccall's 4040 is the same so yes simplicity size 12-18 so more no then yes simplicity 5384 is sized 10- 20 so about half and half and the reason for the size difference is because when the patterns are printed they have the differnt sizes on them so people can have one pattern for many sizes (easy for them and you) enjoy
